Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Tooltrace website and web application.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are an individual consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your initial purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for the first purchase of a Tooltrace subscription.
Subscription renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@tooltrace.io within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Once your request is received and approved, the refund will be processed by Polar.sh, our payment provider, using the original payment method.

Access After Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Tooltrace until the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

All payments, refunds, and subscription management for Tooltrace are handled securely by Polar.sh in accordance with their consumer and payment processing terms.
