Purpose
This policy protects ToolTrace customers, internet users, third-party services, and our infrastructure. It applies to every ToolTrace account, API key, endpoint, free tool, and integration.
Lawful access
You may process only information that you are legally permitted to access and use. Respect privacy, intellectual property, contractual restrictions, website terms, and applicable regulations.
Prohibited activity
Do not use ToolTrace to access private systems, bypass controls, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, impersonate others, harass people, conduct unlawful surveillance, infringe intellectual property, violate privacy rights, create spam, or support phishing.
Network and platform safety
Do not target localhost, private networks, link-local addresses, cloud metadata services, or infrastructure you are not authorized to test. Do not evade rate limits, create accounts to avoid restrictions, overload targets, or probe ToolTrace systems without written authorization.
Personal and sensitive data
Minimize personal data and do not submit passwords, tokens, card information, medical records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information unless you have a clear lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
Automated agents
You remain responsible for AI agents, scripts, and automated workflows that use ToolTrace. Apply meaningful controls, review important output, respect target restrictions, and keep automation within its authorized purpose.
Enforcement
We may block requests, reduce abusive traffic, revoke credentials, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful investigations. Serious or repeated abuse may result in immediate termination.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse or security concerns to [email protected].
